The management and protection of personal data of the visitor/user of the platform, is subject to the terms of the current notice as well as the defined in national, community and international law, related to the protection of the individual from the process of data of private nature as it is applicable in any case.
Any possible, future, relevant, settlement will be subject of the current notice. In any case Naido Company reserves the right to alter the terms for the protection of private data according to the current, relevant, legal frame.
Consequently the current terms for the protection of private data could be reviewed and updated at any time and without further notice. Users of the platform are requested to check at frequent time intervals the above mentioned terms for possible changes, as the constant use of the platform has as a result that they acknowledge all the possible alterations.
Naido company collects personal data of the visitors/ users of the TX, only when they voluntarily offer them in order to provide the services that are available online. Personal data are those which could be used to determine the identity or contact with a certain individual, along with other information related to that person.
The personal data which are gathered in the platform are the following:

The user grants permission to the Company to collect, maintain and process the private data which are given. Naido Company will not sell, transmit or make public personal data of the visitors/ users of the platform to third parties who are not related to her, without the consent of the visitor/ user, except for the application of relevant, legal, dictations to the proper and only authorities.
Naido is possible to process part or the whole of data which the visitors/ users have sent, for reasons of statistics and improvement of the provided services and information.

Moreover the informational system of the platform collects data automatically, related to the links of third party websites that may be selected through the use of the platform.

In case that the visitor/ user of specific services and pages does not wish the use of cookies for his identification he cannot have further access to these services.
The platform may include links to other websites which are under the responsibility of third parties (natural or legal individuals). Under no circumstances is Naido Company responsible for the terms of protection of the personal data which are followed by these websites.
